A CANDID INTERVIEW WITH DR AAMIR KHAN

A. DONATE33 is a merchant processing solution, derived from a simple system ideology where 33% of all net revenue generated by sales and processing of merchant accounts from all forms of revenue streams, across vertical horizontal integrated revenue streams generated will be donated to all 501c3 registered nonprofit organizations, destitute families within the local communities, and across the nation.

Interviewer:

That’s a great concept! By donating a portion of the net revenue to registered nonprofit organizations and families in need, DONATE33 is not only providing a valuable service to merchants but also giving back to the community. It’s good to see a business model that

prioritizes social responsibility and charitable giving.

A . Using AI technology all merchant data is encrypted and secured and once a month, 33% of our merchant portfolio earnings are donated by ACH to the continuously expanding list of recipient organizations.

Interviewer:

It’s reassuring to know that DONATE33 uses AI technology to ensure that all merchant data is encrypted and secured. This not only protects the sensitive information of the merchants but also maintains their trust in the platform. The fact that donations are made

monthly and distributed to a continually expanding list of recipient organizations is also a great way to ensure that the donations are spread out effectively and reach a wide range of organizations and individuals in need.

A. Not at all. All merchant statements will be analyzed, and lower rates will be provided. Merchants are not paying for the donation, the net revenue was driven to us from the merchants, business funds the donation. In other words, DONATE33 pays the donation out of its earnings.

A. None whatsoever. Merchant privacy is strictly adhered to, and under no circumstances at any time is any merchant information shared with the recipient.

Interviewer:

That’s good to hear. Merchants need to know that they won’t be paying extra fees for the donation program. The fact that DONATE33 analyzes merchant statements and provides lower rates shows that the platform is committed to providing value to its customers.

It’s also great to know that the donations are funded by DONATE33‘s earnings, rather than being passed on to the merchants. Overall, this seems like a win-win situation for both merchants and nonprofit organizations.

A. It’s a win-win-win for all the participants in the ecosytem, DONATE33 is anintelligent AI assistant for merchants, and it helps solve the growing problem of matching the donor’s business needs to the charitable institution. This is the first of its kind in the industry, and we expect to continue to add more features and services to the platform in the future. You bet! It’s anexciting time to be a part of the project, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for us.

A. Absolutely, as long as the organization is 501c3 and has signed a receiving contract and is registered with DONATE33.

Interviewer:

It’s good to know that merchants can choose which organizations their donations go to. This allows them to support causes that are important to them and their communities. It’s also reassuring that the recipient organizations must be registered

with DONATE33 and meet certain requirements, such as being a 501c3 nonprofit organization and signing a receiving contract. This ensures that the donations are going to legitimate and trustworthy organizations.

A. Absolutely they can. They can click on “APPLY NOW FOR FUNDING” and complete the online registration profile. DONATE33 will then send them anapplication to review and execute. The organization must receive approval to continue receiving donations through DONATE33. Merchants also have the option to include the charity as a link in their marketing collateral. This helps raise awareness and attract more supporters to the cause. It also helps the organization raise additional funds to continue the good work it does. Finally, they can decide whether to continue receiving donations monthly or by a set amount over time. If the selected organization decides to continue with the monthly donations, they can opt to receive anemail reminder each month of the cycle.

Interviewer:

That’s great to hear. It’s good to know that 501c3 nonprofit organizations can sign up directly with DONATE33 to receive monthly donations. By doing so, these organizations can potentially increase their funding and support their programs and initiatives. The fact the process is online and straightforward makes it easier for nonprofit organizations to participate in the program.

A. Yes absolutely. A new perspective Merchant can complete their basic details on the online application and securely upload their past merchant statement, along with a photo of their valid ID and bank void check, so we know where to fund their account. DONATE33 will send them anapplication to review and execute.

Interviewer:

That’s very convenient for prospective merchants. By allowing them to fill out their details and upload their past merchant statements online, the application process can be completed more quickly and easily. Requiring a photo of a valid ID and a bank void check is standard practice in the industry to ensure that the merchant’s identity is verified and that funds are being directed to the correct bank account. Overall, the process seems straightforward and streamlined, which is beneficial for both DONATE33 and prospective merchants. It allows the merchants to apply without the burden of having to fill out forms or attend meetings. That process can be done online at any time. It also helps streamline the fundraising process by allowing merchants to submit their applications on a regular schedule.

A. Our pricing program is extremely flexible and we custom tailor the pricing for you so you save money, we make money, and out of our money we make a donation of 33% to charities of your or our choice.

We offer subscription-based services for our affiliated, cutting-edge PayZero cash discount program. in this program, the cardholder pays all the processing fees and the merchant pays only the monthly PayZero subscription fee.

DONATE33 prides itself on providing its clients with only the highest quality solutions to their needs, all while managing their day-to-day business. As such, we work exclusively with high-quality technology partners to provide our clients with the best possible product/service experience.

No, we do not have a contract, but an industry-standard three-year agreement that can be ended at any time, for any reason with a written and signed notification without a cancellation fee.

Interviewer:

A. No, we do not have a contract. We have an agreement. A contract you cannot get out of and if you prematurely cancel there will be a hefty cancellation fee. An agreement can also have a cancellation fee but as a company-wide policy, it’s not enforced. Merchants are free to cancel anytime.

Interviewer:

Thank you for the clarification. As you mentioned, having an agreement instead of a contract provides more flexibility for merchants who may need to cancel their service for any reason without incurring a penalty.

There is no such thing as free in America. Based on your monthly processing volume if it makes financial sense for us we may invest in a free terminal or Clover for your business. Since this is a donation-driven processing program the higher, your volumes, the higher, our donations.

If you need to purchase equipment, you will be buying it at our wholesale invoice price.

Interviewer:

A. The behind-the-scenes work has been going on for a few years, but in our pre-launch excitement from merchants and organizations will be a storm in teacup referrals and this will be our capitalizing moment to expand into cities where these organizations hold credibility. in addition, my medical fraternity is referring to quite a bit of business.

Interviewer:

So in addition to referrals from organizations and the medical fraternity, DONATE33 may also use targeted advertising and marketing campaigns to expand its footprint to cover other cities. These campaigns can be customized to target specific geographic areas and industries.

Additionally, DONATE33 may partner with other businesses or organizations that share the same values and goals to expand its reach and impact. As the program grows and gains more visibility and recognition, it is likely to attract more merchants and organizations, leading to further expansion.

Like a diabetic kid in a candy store!

Always. This project is too vast and far-reaching for any one city team. And this is exactly why I’d like to invite all those who want to work as outside sales and college and university students who’d like to work or volunteer especially high school seniors across the nation to apply by going to DONATE33.COM and clicking on the APPLY NOW tab and filling out an application. If all goes well, you’ll be the next one with our gold DONATE33 logo on your shirt. Good luck!
